Lab Manual Update

I sent a link of the 30B revised files and notes on the changes to Rob, Mike, and Gerry for review and comment.

I have re-organized the labs I would like to do a trial run of at least one more time:
30B Lab 19.2 -- Spectrometry measurement of glucose to see if I can replicate the the standard solutions and the resulting calibration plot.
31 Lab 3102 - Physical and Chemical Properties -- I think this might still need polishing.

I also would like to run the following 30A labs as I made semi-substantial changes in the procedure:
8.2 -  Double Replacement Reactions (I also would like to simplify the instructions on how to use the profiles of selected chemicals for predicting products.)

9.1 and 9.2 -- I revised the order of steps and I want to make sure that they still flow okay.

I might add an extra measurement to Lab 4.4 to add an extra data point for the density of salt solution (a 10% m/m)

A couple of new labs I want to try out:

Determination of Chlorophyll in Olive Oil
