Lab Manual Update

I completed all the FA15 V2 versions of the 30A labs.  I decided I will only make these revisions on the 30A labs and not the 30B labs and the 31 labs.  These other two do not have long historical background sections.

I did, however, work on a 30B lab, revising the molecular structures.
